You can convert your Private Business Corporation (PBC) to a Private Limited Company at any time after incorporation. Companies provides a professional service to change your PBC to a PLC on your behalf. Once the documentation has been completed and signed, and the submission made at the Companies Registry, the change conversion should take place within 7-9 working days, although it can be shorter dependent on the Registrar’s workload.

We will prepare the required documentation for the conversion under the authority of the members of the PBC, including the write up and filing of all the required documents at the Companies Registry.

You will then receive the new Private Limited Company’s company documents return copy including the certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, CR5 (former CR6) and CR 6 (former CR 14).

It usually takes around 7-9 working days days in total to carryout the conversion. We will conduct a file search, prepare the documents and send you to sign within 1-2 working days, by email, WhatsApp or you can sign at our offices.

Once you have confirmed to us that the documents have been signed, it will take 7-9 working days for the Companies Registry to effect the changes.
